A comfortable stay
excellent location helpful staff
I found the location excellent for exploring. The nearby underground station provided easy access to many attractions. I also appreciated the helpful staff. They were always available to answer questions and offer directions.
The breakfast selection was limited. There were no hot dishes included in the standard breakfast, and these required an extra fee.

great location and friendly staff
excellent location helpful staff delicious food
the location is excellent.. close to the subway station. the staff stored my luggage on my last day. this was very helpful. the indian biryani in the ground floor restaurant was delicious, and i got a discount.
the room heating barely worked, and it felt cold. there was no heating in the bathroom either.

I found the location to be very convenient to the tube station. staff was very polite at check-in. They upgraded my room. the continental selection at breakfast seemed nice, too.

friendly staff good location
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room had good beds. i was upgraded to a bigger and quiet room, which i appreciated a lot, it was a beautiful twin room. the location is near an underground station.
i found the lift to be out of order and this was a bit inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage down the stairs when checking out. it would have been nice to be informed beforehand about it.

The staff was friendly and efficient. My room had air conditioning, a very useful feature (I appreciate it!). The hotel provides bag storage, a service I used at checkout. I found these amenities particularly helpful for a smooth travel experience.
The room was small, so opening the door completely was difficult because it hit the bed.
